Hospitality Development Director, ARDARA

Currently, in charge of a 100% PIF-owned masterplan's entire hospitality portfolio — asset definition, positioning, investment strategy and delivery across 2,700+ keys. Leading the first large-scale mixed-use cluster of the masterplan: 210,000 sqm BUA, comprising a luxury hotel, a holistic wellness-focused hotel, luxury branded villas and apartments, non-branded residences and a retail strip.
